HWS Fundraising Gala: Carnivale For Wildlife – Saturday 6th & Sunday 7th February 2010

Carnivale For Wildlife is:

  • a celebration and recognition of the tireless work of Hepburn Wildlife Shelter founders and operators, Gayle Chappell and Jon Rowdon
  • an opportunity to launch and promote the shelter's 2010 membership drive
  • a fundraising event organised to raise $10,000 for the HWS's fire bunker
  • a gesture of recognition and gratitude to HWS friends, supporters and volunteers

Saturday 6th & Sunday 7th Feb, 2010

  • HWS information stall. Location: Vincent St, Daylesford (outside ANZ Bank), 9am - 3pm.
  • HWS silent auction. Location: Daylesford Neighbourhood Centre, 13 Camp St, 10am - 3pm.
  • HWS public information session. Location: Daylesford Neighbourhood Centre, 13 Camp St, 2pm - 3pm. Gold coin donation entry.

Sunday 7th Feb, 2010

  • Carnivale For Wildlife Cocktail Party & Musical Gala: an elegant evening of music, mirth and magic featuring a variety of burlesque and bohemian musicians and artists. Headline act: afrobeat Melbourne band Sol Nation. All proceeds from this event will go towards the HWS's Fire Bunker Appeal. Location: The Palais, 111 Main Rd, Hepburn Springs, 6pm-11pm.
